Amy B.

Amy B. is an experienced Product Manager at Learnlight since January 2017, leading strategic product implementation projects that enhance the 'Trainer Experience' as part of a dedicated team. Previously, Amy served as Head of Skills Program Management for GMC Europe & Americas, overseeing a team focused on high-quality intercultural and soft skills training programs for international assignees. Amy's career includes roles as Skills Program Manager, Head of Face-to-face Trainer Support, and Face-to-face Trainer Support Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from managing training programs to supporting trainer development. Initial teaching experience includes positions at the British Council and Queens Academic Group. Amy holds a DELTA and CELTA, as well as a Bachelor's degree in History with English from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
