Lisa Ross-Marcus is a seasoned leadership coach and intercultural consultant with extensive experience in coaching female leaders and global business executives. Since September 2008, Lisa has been coaching women in business and non-profit sectors at In-Coaching, focusing on enhancing women’s presence in leadership roles. Concurrently, Lisa offers executive coaching and intercultural communication programs through tco international and serves as a senior consultant at Aperian Global. In addition to coaching leadership development programs at the Center for Strategy & Leadership, Lisa provides training on cross-cultural communication at Learnlight and has contributed to multiple organizations including Akteos Netherlands and EPT - Executive Performance Training. Early career achievements include founding Dream Weddings and establishing Gradiva Foundation, fostering innovative works in the arts. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College and has pursued further education in coaching and professional development.
