Luba Shvayko

Luba Shvayko is an experienced researcher and global executive intercultural business consultant with extensive tenure in multiple organizations. Since 2018, Luba has held the position of Researcher at Penn Arts & Sciences, University of Pennsylvania and serves as a Global Executive Intercultural Business Consultant/Coach at Learnlight and SIRVA Global Relocation. Luba has also been with Cultural Awareness International, Inc. and Cartus in the same capacity since 2010 and 2009, respectively. Luba co-founded and currently manages the European Academy since 2001. Previous experience includes serving as a Visitor-Scholar at Penn Arts & Sciences from 1999 to 2002. Academic credentials include a Visitor-Scholar degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Professor, Researcher degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
