Michael Allen is the Founder of Global Transitions Coaching, LLC, established in December 2017, leveraging 16 years of experience in teaching and coaching new arrivals and second language learners, having supported over 3,000 clients from 70 countries. Currently serving as an English Language Trainer/Coach at Learnlight since July 2014, Michael achieved "Gold" status for coaching. Previous roles include Training Support Specialist at PFP Services, General English Teacher at EF Education First, and various teaching positions across institutions like Montverde Academy, Lyndon Institute, and China TEFL. Michael holds an MPS in TESOL from Manhattanville University and a BA in Asian Studies from Gettysburg College.
