Ruth Mastron

Ruth Mastron is an experienced intercultural specialist and trainer with a diverse background in international relocation consulting, multicultural training, and community management. Currently, Ruth serves as an Intercultural Specialist and Trainer at Learnlight, developing and delivering engaging training programs. Additionally, Ruth works as an International Relocation Consultant at IMPACT Group, providing personalized coaching for globally relocating families and guiding participants through the US job search process. As a Partner at Bridging Jewish Cultures, Ruth facilitates intercultural training across various Jewish cultures. Ruth also moderates social media content and manages online communities at The Social Element, and serves as Vice President at SoCoCo Intercultural, where Ruth creates and delivers interactive training. Prior experience includes a role as a Web Researcher at Forcepoint. Ruth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Literature from UC San Diego, a Diplôme de Français Commercial from Université Bordeaux Montaigne, and a Master's Degree in Intercultural Relations from Antioch University.
