Simon Atley

Simon Atley is an experienced professional with a robust background in client relationship management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager and Head of F2F at Learnlight since September 2014, Simon oversees over 3,100 learners and 80 clients, managing a team of 10. Previous roles include Head of the Face to Face Department, responsible for 1,100 learners and 450 courses. Prior to Learnlight, Simon worked at Training Express as a Face to Face Coordinator and In Company Trainer, overseeing over 60 teachers and delivering a wide range of courses. Simon's earlier experience includes being a Dive Master at Reefseekers, a General Manager at Select Service Partner Limited handling multiple businesses, and managing operations at Compass Group, where Simon developed training programs for 120 staff.
