Ben Trites

Ben Trites is currently an Independent Consultant, working with growth-minded clients to enhance their business operations and drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Ben has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Revenue Operations and Vice President of Growth at Workrise, and Director of Operations at Bird. Previously, they were a Global User Ops Manager at Snapchat and held multiple roles at Vanguard. Ben began their career as a Night Manager at Radisson Plaza VII Hotel from 2000 to 2007. Currently, Ben serves as the Head of Operations at LearnLux Financial Wellbeing while being an active member of Pavilion.
