Kathleen Rucinsky

Kathleen Rucinsky has extensive experience in the field of training and development. Kathleen held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Kathleen started their career at Highmark Inc in 1993, where they served as a Manager until 1999. From 2000 to 2010, they worked at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Manager, responsible for planning and implementing training interventions and managing ISG talent. In 2011, they transitioned to the position of Director of Corporate Training and Development at Highmark Inc, where they focused on aligning learning strategy with business objectives and improving talent management. In 2013, they joined Intrepid Learning as a Principal Consultant, specializing in learning solutions for the healthcare insurance industry. Lastly, they worked at LearnQuest, starting in 2014, where they held the role of Director of Training and Delivery Services before being promoted to VP of Training and Delivery Services in 2015. Kathleen'sresponsibilities included driving training delivery services, implementing operational efficiencies, and partnering with clients to achieve business goals.

Kathleen Rucinsky completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Education, with a focus on Mathematics and Secondary Education, at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1975 to 1979. Kathleen further pursued their education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1982 to 1984.
