Stefan Nagora has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stefan started their career in 2007 with internships at the Sächsische Staatsoper Dresden, Dresdner Philharmonie, and Moritzburg Festival. In 2010, they joined Avantgarde Sales & Marketing Support GmbH as a Junior Projektleiter, Teamleiter, and Manager on Duty, where they worked until 2017.
In 2017, Stefan joined Learnship as a Junior Client Solutions Manager, and later progressed to roles including Client Solutions Manager, Senior Client Solutions Manager, Deputy Team Head of Client Solutions Management, and Team Head of Client Solutions Management. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead - Customer Success - DACH at Learnship, a technology company focused on improving language and behavioral skills for intercultural working environments. Their work at Learnship involves breaking cultural barriers and harnessing the potential of diverse global teams.
Stefan Nagora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Musikwissenschaft from Technische Universität Dresden.
