Hernán P. has a wealth of experience in the business world. Hernán began their career in 1991 as a Cajero del Servicio de Atención al Cliente at Eurobuilding Hotel & Suites Brasil. In 2001, they moved to Tony Roma's, where they were the Director de Restaurante, responsible for creating the most innovative and award-winning project for the international franchise. Hernán then moved to Farmatodo in 2004, where they were Gerente de Sucursal, in charge of the logistic, administrative and human talent operations. From 2007 to 2012, they were Gerente de Sucursal at Locatel, managing the administrative, operational and customer service of several business units. In 2012, they joined El Patio Supermercados as Gerente de Sucursal, responsible for the financial, operational and human talent processes. In 2015, they became the Director Comercial/VP of Operations at Asesoría Postal, responsible for the daily operations and reporting to the board on the financial performance and commercial development. In 2018, they moved to Krispy Kreme as Gerente General, tasked with positioning the brand in the Peruvian market, improving financial indicators and increasing points of sale in Lima. In 2019, they moved to 80's Restobar SAC as Gerente General de Operaciones, responsible for managing the operational, commercial and financial aspects and positioning the business in the top of mind of the target customer. Hernán is currently the Head of Sales at Learnsity.

Hernán P. has a diverse educational background. In 2000, they completed a Técnico Superior de Administración hotelera from Colegio universitario de Caracas, in the field of Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2007, they earned a Licenciado en Gerencia from Preston University, in the field of Ciencias Gerenciales. In 2011, they completed a Diplomado en PNL from Instituto Venezolano de PNL, in the field of Psicología. In 2012, they completed an Estrategia integral de mercadeo para Internet / Community management from Instituto Internet, in the field of Ventas. Finally, in 2022, they will complete a Gerencia de ventas: desarrollo de habilidades comerciales from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in the field of Gestión comercial.
