Caroline Procheus

Caroline Procheus has been in the learning and training industry since 2004. Caroline began their career at EDTS, European Drug Testing Service AB, as a Customer Relationship, Training, and Project Manager, where they initiated, developed, and launched digital training concepts. In 2012, they moved to Viasat Sverige as a Training Manager, where they built and launched Customer Service digital training. In 2014, they joined BBi Communication as a Training Manager, where they managed and developed language programmes for employees working on expat contracts. In 2016, they moved to Srf konsulterna as a Digital Learning Designer/Producer, where they managed and developed digital training business activity and strategy, as well as designed and produced interactive and video-based online courses. In 2020, they joined SSF Stöldskyddsföreningen as a Digital Learning Designer. Finally, in 2022, they joined Learnster as a Learning Designer.

Caroline Procheus attended Stockholm University from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Pedagogy in the Business World. Caroline then attended the Stockholm Institute of Education from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a degree as a Pre-school teacher. Lastly, they have been attending UGL - Utveckling grupp ledarskap (Försvarsmakten) since 2010, where they are studying Leadership and team development, communication, conflict management, etc.
