Mark P. is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in IT and Cyber Security. Currently serving as a Technical Mentor at LearnTech since March 2025, Mark P. focuses on guiding Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist apprentices through tailored coaching and hands-on training. Previously, Mark P. worked as a Field Operations Engineer at Barron McCann Limited and as an Information Technology Remote & Field Engineer at Steer Automotive Group, where oversight and support of IT infrastructure were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as a Network Field Technician at Glide UK and an Information Technology Field Engineer at Dataquest Group. Mark P. holds a Post Graduate PgCert in Applied Computing Technologies from Northumbria University and a CCNA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Tyne Metropolitan College.
