Nicole Abbott is an experienced educational professional currently serving as both Internal Quality Assurer and SEN Lead at LearnTech since July 2017, focusing on creating Individual Learning Plans for learners with additional needs to promote accessibility and inclusion. Nicole also trains learners in Project Management, developing engaging coursework for Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeships. Previous roles include work-based tutor at Pier Training, where qualifications in business administration, customer service, and management apprenticeships were delivered, as well as positions at John Frank Learning Ltd and Stepping Stones Services, emphasizing employability and support for individuals with mental health challenges. Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Management from The University of Bolton and several qualifications in project management and assessment.
