Phil Pattison

Phil Pattison is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the recruitment and training sectors. As the Founder and Group Director of LearnTech since June 2016, Phil has focused on delivering tech apprenticeships nationally. Previously, Phil served as Group Director at Projeq Group from October 2010 to June 2016, where operations centered on recruitment in engineering and manufacturing sectors, and at Axica Recruitment from September 2009 to June 2016, specializing in information technology recruitment. Phil's career also includes a role as Managing Director at Perseco Solutions from 2006 to July 2009.
