Ruchir Shah is the Founder and CEO of SkillCat, an online platform that has successfully trained 300,000 skilled trade technicians in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, recognized for its high-quality, simulation-based learning. In addition, Ruchir co-founded the GRIT Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at encouraging youth participation in the skilled trades. Previously, Ruchir served as Co-Founder and CEO of Learn To Drill, where a training platform was developed to enhance safety in the oil and gas sector, impacting over 25,000 workers. Ruchir also founded Smart Mirror, an AI startup, and worked as a financial analyst at Calpine. Ruchir's entrepreneurial journey began with EZ Comics, a non-profit dedicated to making learning enjoyable through educational comic books. Ruchir holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Studies from Rice University.
