Aisling MacNamara

Aisling MacNamara is an experienced professional in learning and development with a robust tenure in various leadership roles at LearnUpon since February 2021, currently serving as Director of Learning, Enablement & Inclusion. Prior to this, Aisling held multiple positions at Qualtrics from October 2015 to February 2021, including Learning & Enablement Lead and Senior Learning & Enablement Consultant. Aisling co-founded the EMEA 5 For The Fight program, successfully fundraising €500,000 and hiring three cancer researchers, receiving the Dermot Costello Leadership Award in 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Leader at Clarks from June 2011 to October 2015. Aisling holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Management and Planning from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BA in Business and Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
