Brendan Cregan

Brendan Cregan has gained diversified work experience over the years. Brendan started their career as a Technical Support Representative at LearnUpon in August 2015. Brendan then progressed to become a Senior Technical Support Representative in August 2016, and subsequently a Senior Support Engineer in August 2017. Brendan shifted their role at LearnUpon to become an Internal Systems Developer in August 2018 and later transitioned to the position of Developer II, specializing in Ruby on Rails and Angular, in August 2020. Brendan is currently working at LearnUpon as a Senior Developer (EngOps) since January 2022.

Before joining LearnUpon, Brendan had an experience as an ICT Technician at St. Vincent's University Hospital from October 2014 to August 2015. Brendan was responsible for computer support network spanning over 2000 computers and 350 servers.

Prior to that, Brendan worked at EssentialSkillz as a Product Implementation Manager & Site ICT Maintenance from August 2013 to October 2014. Brendan provided support to clients in setting up and managing online e-Learning systems.

Brendan Cregan completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science & Information Studies at University College Dublin from 2006 to 2010. Brendan then pursued further education at Technological University Dublin, where they obtained an Msc in Computing (Advanced Software Development) between 2011 and 2012, focusing on the field of Computer Science.
