Colm Geoghegan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Restaurant Manager with Sweeney Group Ltd. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Software Support Engineer at Oracle, before transitioning to SAP SuccessFactors as a Software Support Engineer for their Learning Management System from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Oracle again, this time as a Cloud Customer Success Manager, developing relationships with enterprise cloud customers and ensuring quality service delivery. In 2018, Colm became a Customer Success Manager at Oracle, helping customers enhance their product proficiency and adoption. Currently, they are a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at LearnUpon, where they manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, acts as a trusted advisor, and collaborates with implementation consultants to ensure successful onboarding.
Colm Geoghegan obtained their Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy from Maynooth University. This educational achievement occurred between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, Colm has also obtained a certification as a Customer Success Professional from Total Customer Strategy in August 2022.
