Marcie Ferrick has over 13 years of experience in the education industry, primarily in client and customer success management. Marcie is currently working as a Priority Customer Success Manager at LearnUpon. Prior to that, they worked for SkillBurst Interactive as a Client Success Manager. Marcie spent seven years at West Chester University, first as an Associate Director for Student Services and then as a Graduate Intern in the Office of Service-Learning and Volunteer Programs and a Graduate Assistant in the Learning Assistance and Resource Center. In 2018, they received a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Academy. In 2019, they furthered their education with web development courses from Moms Can Code School and UX design courses from LinkedIn. In 2021, they attended Grow with Google and obtained a Project Management Certificate from Coursera, along with various other project management course certificates.
