Megan Monaghan

Megan Monaghan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace management and People Operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Workplace at LearnUpon since February 2024, Megan previously worked as a People Ops Specialist at Productboard, where responsibilities included onboarding new employees, managing HR requests, and coordinating People Ops projects. Earlier roles include leading workplace experience initiatives, managing facilities, and planning community events at Suite Genius, as well as roles in recruitment and staffing. Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma in Marketing Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
