Miljana Popović

Miljana Popović has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Miljana began their career as a Social Worker Intern at the Center for Social Work in 2017. Following this, they worked as an Associate in teaching on acting and directing, journalism, and creative thinking at Lekart education center for a few months in 2017. In 2018, they held Talent Engagement Intern positions at both H.art Development Center and NCR Corporation. In 2019, Miljana joined LearnUpon, a cloud-based LMS organization, where they initially served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for managing recruitment processes and assisting with onboarding. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at LearnUpon, where they continue to take charge of recruitment processes, including coordinating and scheduling interviews, reviewing applications, and conducting phone screens. Miljana's experience also includes organizing recruitment events and working on operational projects.

Miljana Popović obtained a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the Faculty of Philosophy - Andragogy studies. Miljana completed their studies from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they received a certification in Learning Excel 2016 from LinkedIn in October 2018.
