Miloš Mijić

Miloš Mijić has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Miloš started their career in 2013 at the British Council, where they worked as an Examinations Invigilator. Miloš'sresponsibilities included setting up exam venues, administering exams, and assisting candidates. In 2016, Miloš became a certified IELTS Test Marker, where they marked the Listening and Reading parts of the IELTS exam while following strict confidentiality procedures.

In 2018, Miloš joined Hyperoptic Ltd. as a Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical, billing, and account-related queries. Miloš quickly moved up the ranks and became a Senior Customer Service Representative, taking on additional responsibilities such as driving improvements, implementing new processes, and managing the internal knowledge base. Miloš also served as a Compliance Administrator, supporting the Quality and Compliance Team with maintaining regulatory and quality standards.

Currently, Miloš is working at LearnUpon as an Information Technology Administrator. Miloš is responsible for responding to in-house inquiries from employees, maintaining and upgrading macOS devices, and writing bash scripts to automate processes. In their most recent role as a Senior Information Technology Administrator, Miloš holds a senior position and continues to contribute to the IT department's success.

Throughout their career, Miloš has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a dedication to providing excellent support to customers and colleagues.

Miloš Mijić holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade. Miloš also has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Miloš has obtained several certifications in various IT-related subjects from institutions such as Jamf and LinkedIn. Some of the certifications they have earned include "Jamf Certified Associate," "macOS for IT Administrators," and "Learning System Center Configuration Manager (2016)."
