Alison McCormack

Alison McCormack is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher for Grades 7–12 at LearnWell, where the focus is on supporting adolescent students facing mental health challenges through academic instruction and care. Prior to this role, Alison worked as an English and Special Education Tutor at Tutor.com and as a Teacher in an ICT Kindergarten at Kokua Education. Additionally, experience includes teaching high school ELA and Social Studies at Learning Pod Instruction and student teaching in 11th Grade ELA Special Education and 7th Grade ELA at In-Tech Academy and P.S. 019 Judith K. Weiss, respectively. Alison holds multiple degrees from Manhattan University, including a Master of Science in Adolescent and Special Education, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Adolescent Education, as well as Adolescent Special Education. Prior experience also includes serving as a Server at Mulino's at Lake Isle from June 2014 to November 2023.
