Jillian Giampa has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jillian started their career as an Assistant at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Extended Day Worker at Falk Laboratory School. From 2017 to 2019, Jillian had multiple roles, including being a Student Teacher/Aide at Carriage House Children's Center and a Camp Counselor at Interactive English Center. In 2018, they did Student Teaching at The Watson Institute. In 2019, they worked as a Student Teacher at Linden Elementary School K-5 in Pittsburgh, PA. Jillian also has experience working at LearnWell, where they have held the roles of Teacher at an inpatient psychiatric hospital and currently works as a District Partnership Specialist on the Business Development Team. Their work at LearnWell involves ensuring the provision of educational services to students and collaborating with school districts to create an efficient and effective system.

Jillian Giampa pursued their education at the University of Pittsburgh, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Developmental Psychology with a focus on Early Childhood and Special Education and Teaching. Jillian attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Building on this foundation, they furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Education (MEd) with a specialization in Early Childhood and Special Education. This program lasted from 2018 to 2019.
