Egger, Ed.D., is the Chief Executive Officer with a background in human resources and healthcare. In 2004, they joined the company to help build the organization’s HR and hospital teaching operations, and later took on oversight of all corporate and regional operations at LearnWell and Comprehensive Counseling, PLLC. Egger earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Northeastern University in 2021 and earned a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Salve Regina University. Egger also serves as a Part-Time Lecturer for the Masters in Human Resource Management within the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University. Egger currently lives in Southeastern Massachusetts with their family, volunteers at their children’s sporting events, enjoys watching them swim and play tennis, and is an avid sailor who loves racing a sailboat with family and friends.
