Previously, they held leadership positions in education and operational roles at Education, Inc., where they managed multiple hospital accounts and trained staff, all while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Elementary Education and Reading from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
