Michael Kolikidis

Michael Kolikidis has over 24 years of work experience in various roles within the software engineering and development field. Michael is currently working at LearnWorlds as the Head Of QA since June 2021. Prior to this, they were the VP Engineering at LearnWorlds from June 2018 to June 2021. Before joining LearnWorlds, Michael worked at EXUS as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2009 to April 2018. Michael also worked at Real Consulting as a Developer Consultant from 2007 to 2009, and at Draxis Ltd as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Department Head at Metropolis Informatics S.A. from 2001 to 2005, and worked as a Software Developer at Tao Group from 1997 to 1999.

Michael Kolikidis pursued their education in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Kent from 1992 to 1995, obtaining a Bachelor's degree. Michael further pursued a Master's degree in Distributed Systems at the same university from 1995 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained various certifications, including MCSA: Web Applications, MCSD: App Builder, MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, C475-0234 .NET Framework 4, Web Applications(*Charter), Certified ScrumMaster, and MCSA: Web Applications and MCSD: App Builder certificates from Microsoft, and the Gamification certification from Coursera.
