Ivan Baichman

Ivan Baichman has extensive experience in performance management and financial strategy across various organizations. Currently, Ivan serves as the Head of Prospective Strategy & Performance at Arval BNP Paribas Group since January 2023 and previously held the position of Head of Performance Management & Strategy at the same company until August 2025. Prior to these roles, Ivan worked at LEASECOM as Directeur Administratif et Financier starting in August 2025. Ivan’s career also includes significant positions at BNP Paribas Cardif, where roles encompassed Head of Financial Management & Strategy and International M&A Officer, as well as a tenure as a Financial Management Analyst at Accenture.
