Peter Hanson

Peter Hanson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Peter began their career as a Clinical Assistant Researcher at Cancer Care Northwest, where they wrote a published medical journal research article and assisted physicians and technicians treating cancer patients. Peter then worked at the University of Arizona's Evelyn F. McKnight Brain Institute as an Assistant Researcher/Software Engineer, where they designed and conducted neuroscience experiments and developed software programs for research projects. After that, Peter worked at Legatus Solutions as a Software Engineer, where they created and maintained websites and web services for government agencies. Peter then served as a Software Engineer Consultant at Rational Money LLC before joining LeaseHawk as a Software Engineer/AI Tech Lead. At LeaseHawk, Peter led multiple projects developing artificial intelligence and software to automate manual work and save costs. Peter also developed an AI-based virtual assistant that could interact with customers over the phone in real-time conversations.

Peter Hanson attended the University of Arizona from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Peter pursued a double major during their time at the university, earning degrees in Computer Science and Neuroscience and Cognitive Science with an emphasis in Computation.
