Mike Luciani

Mike Luciani is an experienced claims management professional with a dynamic career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Claims Compliance Manager at LeaseLock since May 2020, Mike previously held the role of Casualty Claims Director at York Risk Services from February 2015 to November 2019, where audits and compliance with state regulations were primary responsibilities. Prior to that, Mike was the Vice President of Claims at Palisades Safety & Insurance for 16 years, leading a team of 167 employees and overseeing various claim departments, budget management, and litigation processes. Additional experience includes a Vice President position at Robert Plan Corporation and Director of Casualty Claims at Hanover Insurance Company, focusing on bodily injury claims and litigation throughout his expansive career. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Seton Hall University.
