David Read

David Read has worked in various roles since 1997. David began their career as an English Language Teacher for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET). In 2001, they took on the role of Senior Process Analyst at State Farm, where they were responsible for analyzing, investigating, and developing solutions to optimize processes, resolve issues, and implement operational and technological changes. In 2016, they became an Operations Manager at Target, where they were accountable for meeting operational objectives by creating and committing to daily plans for volume, staffed hours, production, and budget. Since 2019, they have been the Director of Operations at LeaseTrack, where they report directly to the CEO on insights and initiatives to improve insurance agent and customer service teams' performance.

David Read obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Theirtory from the University of Montana between 1992 and 1997.
