Lex Boost is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and digital service industries. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member and Co-CEO at Leaseweb since March 2025, Lex previously held various leadership roles within the company, including Chief Executive Officer at Leaseweb USA Inc. and Chief Operating Officer. Lex has also led Harlem Next as Chief Executive Officer, focusing on high-traffic web applications, and served as Chief Executive Officer of EvoSwitch USA Inc., specializing in data center colocation services. Additionally, Lex has a diverse background in management consultancy, media marketing, and eBusiness development across several renowned organizations. Academic qualifications include a Masterclass in Strategic Entrepreneurship from Nyenrode Business University and a BBA in Business Economics from Delta University.
