Adeyemi Johnson

Adeyemi Johnson is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and compliance consultancy. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at j. awan & partners since October 2022, Adeyemi has also been an Executive Committee Member at Nigerians In the Square Mile (NISM) since August 2009, contributing to the organization's mission of connecting Nigerian professionals with the financial services industry. Previous roles include ownership of Openspaces Compliance Consultants Ltd, compliance monitoring consultancy at Wellington Management, and compliance advisory positions at the European Central Counterparty N.V., BNPP Paribas Asset Management UK, and LCH. Adeyemi holds multiple qualifications including a Diploma in Compliance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and an MA in International Business Law from London Metropolitan University.
