Craft bakers for chefs since 2004. For two decades, Leaven & Co has been proud to serve chefs across the Northeast as their trusted partner for artisanal breads and pastries, crafted with passion and precision.

As a Preferred Compass Group bakery vendor, Leaven & Co is excited to work with the best chefs at Restaurant Associates, Flik Hospitality, Levy, Eurest, Chartwells, Culinart and more.

Our focus is simple but powerful: creating clean-label products that align with global standards for quality. We bake fresh daily, and our products are free from preservatives and additives, using traditional methods that honor the art of baking.

What sets us apart is our dedication to chefs. We offer a flexible operating model, tailored to meet the unique needs of restaurants, hotels, cafes and catering companies. From Philadelphia to Montauk to New Haven, our reliable delivery network ensures that your kitchens are stocked with fresh, handcrafted goods, no matter where you are.

At Leaven & Co., we don’t just bake bread—we build partnerships. Whether you’re sourcing from our extensive catalog or collaborating on a custom recipe, we’re here to support your culinary creativity and success.
