Rian Schmidt

Rian Schmidt is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing innovative solutions in marketing analytics. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Leavened and Rain the Growth Agency, Rian focuses on advancing technology vision and implementing strategies for internal and external platforms. In addition, Rian holds advisory roles, including membership on the Board of Advisors for SheScales, fostering the growth of female marketing leaders. As a Fractional CTO Consultant at Circinaut, Rian provides expertise in AI and web application engineering. Previous experience includes impactful leadership roles at Vadio, Inc. and Amazon's Zappos Labs, significantly enhancing product development and operational scalability. Rian Schmidt earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
