LeavenWealth is a multifamily investment firm a portfolio consisting of over 2,700 Multifamily units with $232 million of assets under management. LeavenWealth is a privately held investment company focused on the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily properties. We seek to acquire fundamentally sound multifamily assets with the goal of repositioning them through efficiency gains and market-appropriate renovations. The current investments in our portfolio are located in several desirable States throughout the Midwest.  

Our goal is to offer prospective investors the opportunity to partner with us on one of our real estate syndications to benefit from the passive income and to own an asset shielded from Wall Street volatility while offering long term growth secured by a tangible asset.
