Johan Steenkamp is a dedicated IT Executive with over two decades of experience in roles such as Architect, Technical Lead, and Software Engineer. Currently, as the Engineering Technology Lead at LeavePlus, they are driving digital transformation through innovative Azure technologies while mentoring their team. Previously, Johan held leadership positions at Capgemini and RXP Group, focusing on building strong teams and implementing large-scale technological transformations. They have also contributed significantly to organizations like FNB South Africa, advocating for Service-Oriented Architecture and aligning business requirements with technology capabilities. Johan is pursuing a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Eng in Software Engineering at North-West University and the University of the Witwatersrand, respectively.
