Michelle McLean

Michelle McLean is currently a Non-Executive Director at LeavePlus and holds positions at both FrontierSI and East Gippsland Water. They previously served as the Chief Commissioner of the Victorian Building Authority from September 2020 to September 2023 and were the Deputy Chair of the Country Fire Authority. Michelle has experience as the Managing Partner and CEO of the law firm Cornwalls, contributing significantly to its governance and strategic development from 1994 to 2018. They also served as the National President of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association and have held several other non-executive roles. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
