Rohan John

Rohan John is a qualified Fellow Actuary (FIAA) and Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) with experience across both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Data and Analytics Manager at LeavePlus, Rohan leads a team to execute data strategies that enhance business growth and operational efficiency. Previously, Rohan held roles such as Data and Analytics Manager at Medical Indemnity Protection Society Ltd and Assistant Director of Analytics at the National Disability Insurance Agency. Rohan's commitment to education is evident in their work as a regional coordinator and adjudicator with the Debaters Association of Victoria and as an exam scrutineer for the Actuaries Institute. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science from Monash University, complemented by a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
