Jonas Lundgren

Jonas Lundgren is the Head of M&A at E.ON Sverige AB. They previously worked at KPMG Corporate Finance in M&A as an Associate Director from 1996 to 2014. They held leadership and board roles, including Chairman of the Board at Coresec Systems (2014-2016) and SEM AB (2015-2016), and Managing Director at Perusa AB (2016-2022). They serve on the Board of LEAX Group. Education includes a Master of Science in Economics from Uppsala University (1990-1995), a Master’s in International Management from HEC Lausanne (1994-1995), and a Certified European Financial Analyst credential from CEFA (2010).
