Bryan Coombe has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Bryan started their career with Colt Technology Services in 2010, where they worked as an OSS/BSS Project Manager, leading onshore and offshore teams in various areas such as business analysis, technical architecture, and CRM. Bryan then joined O2 UK as a Program Manager for Remedy ITSM before moving to Sky Television as a Project Manager for Service Improvement. In 2012, they joined Colt again, this time as a Program Manager for Oracle Siebel CRM migration project. Bryan then worked with Lebara as the Head of Technology Programmes. At UPC Schweiz GmbH, Coombe served as a Senior Digital Programme Manager and successfully launched a new TV broadcast sports channel called MySports. Prior to that, they worked with Rackspace as an Interim Programme Manager and with Velocix as a System Integration PM for TV Broadcast. Overall, Coombe has experience in program management, system integration, digital product development, and team management.

Bryan Coombe obtained their HNC degree in Electronics from Barnet College Of Further Education, where they studied from 1979 to 1984. Bryan later pursued a HNC degree in Business studies from North Herts College, completing their studies in 1992. In addition to their educational background, Bryan also holds several certifications including ITIL V3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in November 2012, Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner from the Office of Government Commerce, obtained in February 2010, and Prince 2 Practitioner from the Office of Government Commerce, obtained in May 2001. Bryan also holds a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
