Keith Gregory

Keith Gregory has extensive experience in fraud strategy and risk management, currently serving as Fraud Strategy & Risk Manager at Lebara Mobile since April 2010. In this role, Keith focuses on designing and implementing fraud analysis tools and mechanisms, managing day-to-day fraud prevention efforts, and developing junior analysts. Prior to this, Keith worked at Banco Santander from January 2005 to July 2009 as Internet Fraud Strategy Portfolio Manager and Fraud MI & Analytics Manager, where responsibilities included business planning, loss projection presentations, and stakeholder management. Earlier experience includes a position as Fraud Analyst/Complaints Resolution Manager at Tiscali from August 2002 to January 2005, focusing on customer satisfaction and departmental training.
