Ana Castro

Ana Castro serves as the General Counsel at Lecta since December 1999, where responsibilities include overseeing the legal area for production companies across Spain, France, and Italy, as well as coordinating M&A operations internationally. Prior to this role, Ana worked as an In-house Lawyer for Torraspapel Group, managing commercial and corporate law across multiple countries and handling contract negotiations. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate at Cuatrecasas Abogados, focusing on competition law and merger control, and a trainee position at the European Commission. Ana holds an LLM in Law from the College of Europe and a degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
