Beatriz García

Beatriz García has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Beatriz is currently the H&S Corporate Director at Lecta since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the H&S Director Iberia at DS Smith from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of DIRECTORA PRL GRUPO ALSINA at Encofrados Alsina S.A from 2014 to 2016. Beatriz also worked at Copcisa as RESPONSABLE PRL: ANDALUCIA, LEVANTE Y EXTREMADURA from 2008 to 2013 and in the DEPARTAMENTO DE PREVENCIÓN from 2003 to 2013. Beatriz began their career as a Técnico PRL at T-Systems from 2001 to 2003, and also worked as a Secretaria de dirección at CaixaBank in 2000 and as a Secretaria Dirección at Caixa Catalunya from 1999 to 2000.

Beatriz García has a diverse education history. Beatriz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Barcelona in 1997. In 1999-2000, they completed a Technical Superior degree in Safety, Ergonomics, and Hygiene from the Ciclopes Private Foundation. In 2001-2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Legal Consulting in New Information Technologies from ICSA RRHH. In 2002-2003, they became an Auditor in Occupational Risk Prevention from the Ciclopes Private Foundation. In 2005-2006, they pursued a Master's degree in HR Direction from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Beatriz also received an Erasmus scholarship in 1995-1996, studying International Law and Juridical Studies at the University of Groningen. In 2018, they obtained an Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001 from Bureau Veritas (Professional Certification).
