Jesús Antón is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Mill Director and BU Operations Manager at Lecta since July 2023, Jesús oversees all aspects of mill operations, focusing on production efficiency and quality control. Prior to this role, Jesús held the position of Director of Operations at Bibo Build from June 2019 to August 2022, where the focus was on making quality architecture affordable. Jesús also worked at Huf Hülsbeck & Fürst GmbH & Co. KG from May 2012 to June 2019, progressing from Senior Process Development Engineer to Plant Production Manager and Operations Manager, implementing Lean Manufacturing practices and improving production outcomes. Early career experience includes an internship as a Product Engineer at General Motors. Jesús holds an MBA in International Business from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza.
