Pascal Reina

Pascal REINA has had an extensive work experience in the packaging industry. Pascal started their career at COEXPAN as an R&D Director for Fresh & Dairy Packaging in 1999 and continued in this role until 2002. Pascal then joined Grupo EMSUR as a Quality and R&D Manager for Fresh & Dairy Packaging from 1995 to 2002. In 2003, they joined Amcor Flexibles and held various roles including Transfer & Business Development Manager for dairy packaging in the USA, and Product Development Manager for dairy packaging. At Amcor Flexibles, Pascal led product development efforts, managed a team of engineers, and handled technical field service for customers. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Innotech Coexpan-Emsur S.L as INNOTECH and Emsur R&D Director, responsible for research and development. Most recently, since 2021, Pascal has been working as an R&D Director for the Bag-in-box Division at Smurfit Kappa. Starting in 2023, they will be transitioning to the position of Innovation Corporate Director at Lecta.

Pascal Reina completed a licenciatura in Chemistry from Universidad de Alcalá from 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplome Etudes Approfondies in Applied Chemistry from Université de Poitiers from 1988 to 1993.
