Vincent George has extensive experience in transformation and sustainability roles. Vincent currently serves as the Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer at Lecta since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Transformation Officer at Lecta from November 2020 to July 2023.

Before joining Lecta, Vincent worked at Aptiv (formerly Delphi) as the Transformation & Information Systems Director - Global Engineering from October 2012 to November 2020. Vincent also held the position of Head of PMO Business Transformation - Global Strategic Marketing at FCI Automotive (Acquired by Delphi in 2012) from January 2011 to September 2012.

Additionally, Vincent served as the Global Engineering PLM Director at FCI Automotive (Acquired by Delphi in 2012) from March 2004 to December 2010. Prior to that, they were a PLM Senior Project Manager at PTC from February 1999 to February 2004.

Vincent's career began at Bull Information Systems where they worked as a PLM Business and Functional Consultant from February 1998 to February 1999. Vincent started their professional journey at ARES Technologies as a PLM Implementation Consultant from May 1994 to February 1998.

Vincent George obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications including an MIT Management and Leadership Certificate - IoT Business Implication and Opportunities from Massachusetts Institute of Technology obtained in 2020, an HEC Executive Leadership Certificate - International Business Development from HEC Paris Executive Education obtained in 2019, and an Executive Certificate Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from CentraleSupélec Exed obtained in 2019.
