Søren Vainio

Søren Vainio has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as a Senior Project Manager at Lector ApS, which they started in December 2020.

Prior to that, Søren held various project management positions at Falck from August 2017 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for implementing a global employee management cloud solution, making changes to HR systems in accordance with the Danish Holiday Act, and implementing credit card payment solutions on the Falck webshop and customer service platform.

From September 2016 to December 2019, Søren worked as a Business Owner and independent business consultant at Firm Analytics. Here, they specialized in process optimization, streamlining, and executed IT projects. Søren was also responsible for defining technical specifications.

Before that, Søren was a Partner and member of the management team at KeepTrack GmbH, where they co-founded the company and was responsible for the implementation of strategic process optimization. Søren also contributed to the development of strategic plans. Their tenure at KeepTrack GmbH lasted from 2000 to November 2016.

Søren also has experience at Netpointers A/S, where they held the role of Assistant Director from December 2005 to September 2012. In this role, they managed the implementation of strategic process optimization, set up international sales offices, and was responsible for IT development. Additionally, they briefly served as the Director of Information Technology in 2005, overseeing inter-departmental restructuring and planning.

Earlier in their career, Søren worked at Netpointers A/S as a Research and Development Manager from July 2002 to August 2003. Søren was responsible for customer and employee courses, as well as defining technical specifications and conducting software tests. Søren also worked as a System Software Developer at Netpointers A/S from April 2001 to July 2002, where they programmed in Java, JavaScript, PostgresSQL, and HTML, and planned and executed IT projects.

Lastly, Søren has military experience as a Staff Sergeant in Jægerkorpset from February 1997 to June 2001.
