Bill Sokol

Bill Sokol is a seasoned mechanical engineer currently serving as the Sr. Principal Manufacturing Engineer at LECTRA. With a robust background in product design, manufacturing, and quality engineering, Bill has been instrumental in supporting both new and existing machinery within the sewn goods, industrial fabrics, and sign and graphics sectors. Bill's previous experience includes roles at prominent companies such as U.S. Repeating Arms Co. and Colt's Manufacturing Company, where significant contributions were made in firearms design. Additionally, Bill owns Sokol Drums LLC, which has been providing quality percussion instruments since 2006. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Machine Design from Lehigh University.
