Bruno Valeze started their work experience in 2006 as an Ingénieur R&D at SCRIME (LaBRI - Université Bordeaux I), where they were involved in the conception and development of a music composition application based on a temporal constraint management engine. This initial role lasted for a period of 1 year.
Following this, Bruno joined Lectra in 2007 as an Ingénieur d'études. During their 7-year tenure, they primarily worked on the development and maintenance of software related to the "cuir" range of dedicated cutters for the leather industry. Bruno gained experience in designing and developing high-performance and reliable services and applications, with a focus on ergonomic integration within an industrial environment. In addition, they became a part of a newly formed team to successfully develop a modular application for pre-industrialization in advance of airbag cutting systems.
In November 2019, Bruno assumed the role of Tech Lead full stack at Lectra, leading a team of 7 individuals in the development of the Cutting Room 4.0 cloud offering. Bruno collaborated closely with the marketing product team, actively contributing to the functional definition and design tasks.
Bruno Valeze obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université de Bordeaux in 2003 and a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Digital Image and Sound, from the same university during the years 2004-2006.
